Shuttles AS-1012

FEATURES AND DESCRIPTION
The model AS-1012 is a table top, single shuttle heat sealer with automatic seal cycle. Designed for small to moderate production requirement, where space and size is a consideration. This quality engineered budget friendly single shuttle type heat sealing machine is ideal for start up projects, back up equipment, multi-cell plant layouts or "in-house" packaging. This unit is a one-(1) operator shuttle type sealer, which utilizes low cost, quick-change seal tool and is typically used for standard blister applications. Tooling can be made from wood, aluminum, or phenolic.

Rotaries DS6C

FEATURES AND DESCRIPTION
The Model DS6C-1214 is a six station rotary-type heat sealer designed for low to medium volume production requirements. This unit is typically used for conventional carded blisters, but can also be used for applications utilizing Tyvek, foils and precut laminated film lidstock. The standard machine features one seal station, and five load/unloading stations.

Impulse Heating Table Top Skin Packaging Machine

Description:

The CTT Series skin packaging machines are designed for entry level and low volume applications. They incorporate a stationary heating system with instant on/off heaters, which come up to heat instantly during cycles and turn off for loading/unloading. The CTT skin packaging machines have timer control for repeatability and an optional accurate turbine regulator and automatic film cut off. These machines are a sturdy welded steel construction with removable panels for servicing. The CTT Series is available in the standard size 18 inches by 24 inches as well as smaller custom sizes.
